Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy — Floravue

Floravue is owned and operated by JNS Products and Services (Legal Owner: Mrs. Meera Sinha).

1. Returns & Replacements

Perfumes are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, you are eligible for a free replacement if the product received is damaged, leaking, broken, wrong, or incomplete. If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days.

2. Eligibility Window

Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with original packaging intact. Photo/video proof of the issue (preferably an unboxing video) is required.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability. Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method for prepaid orders. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order moves to the packing or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled. After shipping, cancellations are not allowed. If the customer refuses delivery, the refund (if eligible) will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
